Just like a DAISY would not be able to grow without the help of the BEE, our nurses could not do what they do for our patients without the outstanding teamwork of other healthcare professionals.
About the BEE Award
MRHC recognizes support personnel for exceptional care and service to patients through a program called the BEE Award. Any support staff at MRHC – such as transportation aides, housekeepers, patient care techs, physical therapy staff or others – can be nominated for the BEE Award.
Just like the DAISY Award, nominations can be submitted by patients, families, and colleagues. Recipients will be chosen by a committee at MRHC and will be honored with the BEE Award throughout the year.
Each nominee receives a certificate recognizing her or him as an exceptional caregiver and the BEE award honoree will receive a BEE pin and certificate.
The BEE Award is given in conjunction with the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nursing. If you wish to nominate a Magnolia Regional Health Center nurse, please do so by clicking HERE.
