Staff Pharmacist, Pharmacy Orientation and Operations

Diana received her Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Mississippi in 1988. After graduation, she practiced pharmacy at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, TN for 2 years. She then went to an independent retail pharmacy for 8 years. Upon a pulling to go back to hospital pharmacy, she then worked for BMH-Booneville for 16 years. After working PRN here at MRHC for about a year, she came on board full time in 2014 when the opportunity arose.  She continues to work as a staff pharmacist here at MRHC with a hand in introducing residents and students to the general functions of the inpatient pharmacy and its day-to-day operations. When she isn’t working, Diana enjoys spending time with her 6 children, 5 grandchildren, and extended family.

Sarah Knight, PharmD

Staff Pharmacist, Pharmacy Orientation and Operations

Dr. Knight received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences degree in 2009 and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2011 from the University of Mississippi. After graduation, she practiced as a staff pharmacist in community pharmacy. During this time, she was actively involved in vaccinations and MTM, ranking 1st in her market for MTM in 2013. In 2015, she joined MRHC as a PRN pharmacist for 6 years before transitioning to her current full-time role. Dr. Knight is currently a residency preceptor-in-training.

Pharmacy Administration and Management

Mrs. Sleeper received her Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Mississippi in 1987. She has worked in retail pharmacy, pharmaceutical sales and joined the staff at Magnolia Regional Health Center in 2002. She is the Director of Pharmacy and is the preceptor for the Administration rotation. During this rotation, residents get to actively participate in the administrative role of pharmacy and experience how decisions affect not only pharmacy staff but other groups within the Health System. She serves as the Chairperson for the Medication Management and Pain Management Committees.

Pharmacy Informatics and Automation

Steven completed his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Mississippi in 2003.  He started at Magnolia in 2008 as a clinical/staff pharmacist and currently practices as our Informatics Pharmacist. One of his favorite things about Magnolia has been the opportunities he’s been provided to explore different practice areas within pharmacy, which is how he ended up in Informatics.  He serves as the Informatics preceptor for the residency program as well as for APPE students from the University of Mississippi. He currently lives in Olive Branch, Ms with his wife and their two children. Outside of pharmacy, when he’s not attending a soccer or a softball game, he enjoys gardening, hunting, and woodworking.

Infectious Disease, Pharmacy Orientation and Operations, and Co-preceptor for Emergency Medicine 

Caitlin completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy in 2017. She became one of the first pharmacy residents at Magnolia and completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency in 2018. Following residency, Caitlin was an emergency department pharmacist at Magnolia until 2020 when she moved to her current role as an inpatient clinical pharmacist and coordinator for the pharmacy residency program. Caitlin has a passion for teaching and is a regular lecturer for Magnolia’s Internal Medicine Residency as well as a core faculty member and lecturer for the Emergency Medicine Residency. She precepts APPE rotations for The University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy as well as Union University College of Pharmacy. She also holds a Master of Arts in Teaching, obtained at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and a certificate in Teaching and Learning from The University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy. When she isn’t working, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her growing family, baking, reading, quilting, photography, and fixing up her 100-year-old home.

Allison completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Baptist Memorial Hospital Memphis. She has been working at Magnolia since 2015, and in her current role as inpatient clinical pharmacist since 2018.

Critical Care and Co-preceptor for Cardiology 

Todd received his BS RPh from The University of Mississippi and PharmD from The University of Arkansas and is a member of ASHP.  Todd has worked at Magnolia for the last 27 years. During his time here he has served as Staff Pharmacist, Director of Pharmacy Services, and Clinical Manager. He chairs the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and the Antibiotic Stewardship Committee and serves as a preceptor for four pharmacy schools across Mississippi and Tennessee.

Raymond Mathis, PharmD, MBA

Academia, Psychiatry, and Home Health and Hospice

Raymond completed his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Mississippi in 2008.  He started at Magnolia in 2014 as a staff pharmacist. In 2016 he stepped up as the assistant director of pharmacy and was appointed the pharmacy residency director at that time. When asked what his favorite part is about working at Magnolia Raymond said, “I love being able to take care of the community I grew up in”. When Raymond is not at work he enjoys going to Ole Miss football games and spending time with his family.
