Hospice Care
Hospice Care is a team approach to providing care at the end of end of life care, focusing on pain and symptom management. Hospice treats the whole patient not just the terminal disease process. The family is a member of the treatment team as well as a recipient of the care provided by hospice. Hospice provides a full range of services including those listed below.
