Magnolia Regional Health Center Welcomes New Cardiologist

Magnolia Regional Health Center (MRHC) will soon welcome a familiar face back to the organization when a newly added physician begins seeing patients in early August.
Dr. Paul Volansky, an interventional cardiologist, is joining the team at Magnolia Cardiology Associates and will soon be providing cardiology care to the patients of the region. He is joining an experienced duo of physicians at the clinic, consisting of Dr. John Prather and Dr. Mandar Jagtap.
“I am eager and excited to provide exceptional cardiovascular care to the region which I have come to know and love,” said Dr. Volansky. “It is a privilege to work alongside the MRHC staff and area providers to positively impact the lives and health of the patients in this area.”
“Dr. Jagtap and I are eagerly awaiting Dr. Volansky’s arrival to Magnolia Cardiology Associates,” said Dr. John Prather, Cardiologist at Magnolia Cardiology Associates. “He will be a valuable asset in the care of our patients and will provide excellent education to the Cardiology Fellowship Program. Dr. Volansky is extremely well trained, and we are excited for him to begin his practice here in Corinth.”
Dr. Volansky, who is very familiar with Corinth and surrounding area, trained at MRHC while completing his internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship in MRHC’s accredited programs. Since then, Dr. Volansky completed his interventional cardiology fellowship at MercyOne North Iowa in Mason City, Iowa.
