Rural Health Services
The Rural Health Services Departments serves as a community outreach service provided by Magnolia Regional Health Center. The Hospital operates two rural health care clinics. The Medistat Clinic is located on at 1001 N. Harper Road . The Rienzi Family Clinic is at 82 Main Street Rienzi, Mississippi. The clinics are staffed by highly qualified Nurse Practitioners, LPNs, and Office Clerks who work as a team to provide non- emergent family care to adults and children over 2 years of age under the direction of primary care physicians.
Hours of Operation
Medistat Rural Health Care Clinic
is open from 9am-9pm M_F: 1p-9p Sat and Sun and 8am -4:30p on Holidays.
Closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.
Walk -ins welcome. Limited appointments are accepted
The Family Clinic of Rienzi:
9-5 M-F- Closed 12n-1p and all holidays.
Appointments encouraged, walk- ends accepted.
Patients who are experiencing minor medical problems and minor exacerbations of chronic disease processes
Services are available for all ages, from infants over 2 years of age to senior adults.
The rural health clinics provide diagnostic services to include those laboratory
procedures approved for a CLIA waivered lab. The nurse practitioners diagnose and treat
commonly occurring illnesses and injuries using approved protocols. Full laboratory,
radiology, and emergency services are easily accessed through Magnolia Regional Health
